I used this caterer for a wedding that I was planning in Orlando. The first time I called them, they were very nice, but once they got our deposit, they were hard to work with. The chef is the main point of contact for catering and since he is always busy, he is not easy to get a hold of. One time the bride went to the restaurant to meet with him and she waited over an hour before she was told that he would not be able to meet with her. Every time we talked to him and he said that he would call back, he didn?t. I always had to follow up with him. It took 4 phone calls and a visit to the restaurant before he would give us the final price for the catering. Even then, he said ?we will figure it out? until we kept pushing him.
