Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before I called them!! I was so happy to finally have a need to buy from Gringer & Sons..I was delighted to us a Mom and Pop shop, and especially happy that Gringer & Sons had stood the test of time and had been in business for almost a hundred years. It is by far, the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. "Alan" the owner? Manager? One of the "SONS"??? Was dismissive and arrogant, and has never heard the expression "the customer is always right".... do NOT, and I repeat, do NOT, buy anything from them, unless you want a big &%$#& headache! Never again!!!
