Ive been to several dealerships and this one is a keeper. I was in need for a billet grille for my 2004 Tahoe. So i called and spoke to someone in parts, he was very helpful and he had me come by and take a look at my options. So i agreed and whent to the dealership. As soon as i pulled up the drive way some of the staff members greeted me and welcomed me to their dealership. I told them, I was looking for the Parts department. And when I was expecting them to point and tell me where to go, one said " let me show you where they are" . So we started walking and he must have greeted every person he came across. It was not what Im used to. So we made our way into the parts department, and there he introduced me to the man I had spoken earlier. The parts guy helped me pick the right billet grille at a great price. So i asked if they could install it for me. He said, we better check with the service department. At that point he walked me to the service department and told them what I needed to be installed on my Tahoe. the service department was also very helpful. They asked if i needed A ride home or if would rather wait, I waited. When my Tahoe was done it was looking better than ever, thanks to that billet grille and the complementary car wash.... or maybe it was just that I was so satisfied and content, with this whole experience. Either way iI recommend SANTA PAULA CHEVROLET and I will be back. great job
