If I could rate this store 5 negative stars, I would do it. My sweet aunt, who wouldn't hurt a fly and lives in The Villages, went to this store get a copy of her wedding picture of her late husband, my Uncle Joe- God rest his soul. The original photo was done by a professional but that was a long time ago and the photographer is no longer in business. The young lady in the photo department said she would have to call the manager about making the copy. He came out of his office and said he could not copy it. My aunt said not only was the photographer's business now closed but, she did not think the he was even still alive. We understand that Walgreens has its policies but, the Walgreens manager had no call what-so-ever to insult my aunt with the following smart remark, "Yeah, he was probably 85 just like you." My aunt was so embarrassed, she left the store on the verge of tears. Not only will we NEVER go back to ANY Walgreens store ever again, we will tell all our friends in The Villages to go to CVS instead! I'm surprised Walgreens would hire such a rube to manage its stores.
