I recently called Krugers Diamond Jewelers to comparison shop for a three stone diamond ring for my wife. After a short discussion of my requirements and price range, I was impressed to find out I was talking directly with David Kruger. David listed my needs and called me back just as he said he would. I was extremely happy to find out that Krugers Jewelers easily beat a well-known competitor that touts the low price guaranty. In fact, Krugers Jewelers matched the 4 Cs in exactly the same setting at over 20% less than the other store! My wife was very happy and I stayed within my budget. Now thats what I call customer service. Thank you David Kruger.
