Jennifer Crews and the rest of the Kruger's team are AMAZING!! My Mom was retiring on Friday and as of Thursday my sisters and I had done NOTHING. How awful! Not only did they guide me through the process of finding a gorgeous pendant, but they ordered it, set the diamond and even made a small correction for me by 4:00 PM the following day -- all within my budget! Jennifer was on the phone with me communicating the entire time and was just as excited as I was to be sharing in this special occassion. My Mom cried when she opened it and again when she looked in the mirror. She was amazed that we had put so much effort into her gift. I didn't tell her that Kruger's did it all!! THANK YOU for making us look so good!
