Every business should aspire to create customer loyalty the way that Kruger's has with me. I was very pleased with my ring purchase (as was she). I checked out about 6 other jewelry stores in Austin and stopped looking after I visited Krugers. All of the other stores lacked the personal touch that was provided at Kruger's. David Kruger and Stacey made me feel very comfortable and helped me make an educated decision. You can go to a big department store and be treated like a number, or you can go to Austin-owned Kruger's and be well taken care of. Oh, and by the way, the ring is stunning and unique.
