Review content:
I have been using Dave's for years and I just want to rave about their amazing service. Todd especially, is wonderful. My car recently hit 90K miles and has been vibrating when braking on a big hill, plus I wanted to see how it was doing, what I might need to get done in the coming months, etc. Normally walking into a shop and saying "tell me what I need done" is carte blanche to take royal advantage of you. Not at Dave's. They did a very thorough inspection, found I needed my brake fluid flushed (they show you the test strip) but that my pads and rotors were great, that I should pay attention to the fluttering, and they'd check it out at my next oil change. Additionally, my power steering fluid needed flushed. Otherwise, they declared the car in great shape. In half the time they quoted me, my car was done and ready to roll. And, since I refer people to them all the time, I had referral credit on my account. My "Big 90,000 Mile Check-Up" final cost? -$22 Yup, I still have a credit on my account and spent nothing out of pocket. I have a good hairdresser and a good mechanic. Life doesn't get much better than that.
