I had a bad experience at wigs on wheels I had to go back seven times from July until october 2010 and still had a $495.00 wig that was ruined, the owner Dottie was trying her best to accomodate me, after her daughter Tara could not get the wigs texture correct then just completly turned against me when I complained, I brought a photo of the cut that I wanted when Dottie finally got the texture right , but the cut was nothing like the photo, I didn't complain because I didn't want to have to come back for the eight time, after about two weeks you could see that the wigs cut was bad, I took it to a stylist to see if she could salvage it, but she infomed me it was diffcult ot do anything to it, she cut it the best she could what a waste of money and a hugh waste of time.
