The people at Wigs on Wheels took amazing care of my mother. They were compassionate, professional and helpful. My mother called on a Sunday and they called her back the first day they were open and helped her with a question she had about the wig she'd purchased. 100% perfect experience during a very difficult time. more

Ok, so anyone thinking of using this establishment should read this. My wife (who has subsequently passed away from breast cancer), and I, used this business when she needed a wig for advanced chemo. Upon meeting these people, they at first seemed nice, and pleasant. My wife, who was needing wigs immediately, purchased a machine made wig, which was probably marked up 3 times what a comparable one would cost. She then opted to order a real hair wig, at above $2000. My wife wanted to look pretty (I knew her medical condition was bad, so I felt she deserved the best. We were promised it in 2 weeks, as it had to "be made". After 4 weeks+, we were treated with total disrespect by both the owner, Dotty, and her daughter. We later contested (and won) the charges back, from our credit card company. We sat in the office, for probably more than 2 hours, on several occasions, as the owner had "more important" things to do, (like talk to friends). We, my wife and I, were totally dissapointed with this business, it's unprofessional atmosphere, and the service (or lack of), we received. I really don't like to give bad reviews, but I felt I had to, regarding this business. more

Dottie couldnt get the color right for my "Over $400.00" wig. Neither could she get the style right. The money had to be pre-paid and after they got their money they (Dottie and her daughter) didnt care about customer satisfaction. In fact they turned against me. I finally had to get a wig from TWC catalog for $69.00 and it works for me! I complained to the Better Business Bureau but they said it was "their word against yours" so basically there was nothing I could do about getting ripped off. more

I had a bad experience at wigs on wheels I had to go back seven times from July until october 2010 and still had a $495.00 wig that was ruined, the owner Dottie was trying her best to accomodate me, after her daughter Tara could not get the wigs texture correct then just completly turned against me when I complained, I brought a photo of the cut that I wanted when Dottie finally got the texture right , but the cut was nothing like the photo, I didn't complain because I didn't want to have to come back for the eight time, after about two weeks you could see that the wigs cut was bad, I took it to a stylist to see if she could salvage it, but she infomed me it was diffcult ot do anything to it, she cut it the best she could what a waste of money and a hugh waste of time. more

This company is very well-ran and very satisfactory. They offer great wigs and hair pieces. The owners are genuine people looking to help those with hair loss. more
