Review content:
When I first went to Lucy's, I was dropping my girls off for the weekend. The staff had communicated their vaccination policy to me and I was sure my dog's records were up to date. When I went there, they checked my vaccination records and sure as anything, my dogs kennel cough vaccination had expired. I was in a major rush and through a fit because I had a plane to catch. The staff was very calming and volunteered to take my dogs to the vet in the same shopping center where they stayed the night. Although I wanted my dogs to play with all of the other dogs, I appreciate Lucy's high standards and the fact that even though I through a temper tantrum, they would not compromise the safety of the other dogs and their facility.
