Review content:
The service provided by Dilday TV was outstanding from beginning to end. When I called I was told someone would be out before noon and that they would call so that I could meet them at my aunt?s home. As promised, I received a call 20 minutes before their arrival. Service was provided in a timely and competent manner. The service provider listened to my concerns and quickly identified the service that was needed. He was polite and patient as he showed my 84 year old aunt how to operate the new remote control. He then watched her as she followed his commands and complemented her on how quickly she learned.
