I can't believe that someone heard from the owner of this company! We asked, begged, demanded to talk to the owner. Hell we would have been happy to talk to a supervisor. But it seems as if there is no one in charge of the crappy business. Looks like they are going to have to take us to court to get the rest of their money. I just don't believe that we should pay the full price when they did not do a full and complete job as promised. They say we agreed to pay a set price. Well, they also agreed to do a good job! They didn't live up to their promises so why should we pay full price for a job that was not done correctly? They do a great job selling their service to you and making promises. They just have a hard time doing the job they sold. And customer service? Once you pay the deposit you are treated like you are worthless. No care or concern about the quality of the job and the satisfaction of the customer.
