WOW Mark we had about the same experience. We have been fighting with them for over 11 months to come and lower our fence that they put up last June. We have a sloped yard our salesman -Bill said that "wouldn't be a problem AND would keep the dog in the yard". Not only is our dog getting out, animals can get in! Not only did they come twice to lower the gate-4 inches+ above the ground, they didn't put the fence on the property line (5 inches away from back markers). THe back fencing is over a sewer hole, so there is a 3 inches gap from that and the fence. what a bunch of idiots. Go somewhere else and do not bother with these people.
