I just wanted to book some international air fare to Rome, first class, and the girl who answered the phone kept coming back with different rates. I got the impression that she was just pulling numbers out of a hat. She didn't know the difference between first class and business class. Tell me again why I should use a travel agency? I found a better deal on my own through an Italian agency online.
