Review content:
We brought our dog here and explained how we like the coat to be left longer. We never received a phone call from the company stating that wasn't possible. Instead they took it upon themselves to shave our dog's entire coat off!! We received a huge lecture when picking up our dog that his coat had matting all over. I pet and play with our dog everyday there are always some matting spots but the entire coat, NO WAY! Regardless, if Prestige Pet Grooming couldn't do what the CUSTOMER wanted then they should have called us. Instead they shaved him to the skin. Not to mention if you cancel a previous appointment they slap you with a $20 charge when you reschedule but do not tell you that ahead of time. Wow, the dentist and doctors don't even do that, nor does my hair dresser. Things come up. that is part of life. There is nothing Prestige about this place!!
