Review content:
This Outback is located at the Vancouver Mall and has the usual menu and friendly, pleasant staff. Unfortunately, the food is not the best in the Portland area but is the only Outback in Vancouver. Steaks are often overcooked. Other foods occasionally aren't served at the proper temperature. Service can be slow and staff seems a bit forgetful. I like the soup and the chicken entrees and, of course, the Bloomin Onion never fails to please. Take away can also be disappointing. Be sure and check everything before you leave. Overall, Outback gives you a pretty good bang for the buck but management could oversee the Vancouver location to make it more on the par of other Outbacks throughout the country.
