I recently had occasion to visit JoAnn's in the Karcher Mall. Overall the service was good, and I found what I was looking for. However the restroom facilities were the worst I have seen in a very long time. The bowls were caked with urine. There was no soap available for hand washing. The door handle looked like it had not been wiped clean in a long time. It kind of makes me wonder how clean other surfaces of the store are when hand washing is clearly not valued.
