Review content:
This firm manages a property for me. In spite of repeated requests that they contact me first they regularly made very expensive repairs with out contacting me. Oh, that place in that contract that says they will not spend more than $200 per repair without owner consent-don't believe it. They also charged me for the same repairs repeatedly. I had to send them their own invoices to show them that they had charged me for the same repair three times.I guess I was lucky because they only charged me twice for some of the others.
