8/12/2010\r My wife and I looked at a property through an agent. She verbally promised that all stains in the carpets would be fixed, and if not salvageable, replaced. She also assured us that every repair would be made before our move in date. Well this past Tuesday when I went to pick up the keys, I was told that the ac unit froze up and leaked through out the unit. One of the managers assured us that they already took care of it and the repairs were in the drying process. I went by that night and was shocked by what I saw. \r First there is still a hole in our living room ceiling, one of the bedrooms still has the carpet drying, and we can't move anything in there. The walls are damp and water damaged too.\r The house smells horrible. None of the stains discussed were taken care of. (Big florescent pink and yellow stains on the carpet.
