Kelley Farrell owns Iced Dreams and I believe works out of her home, so her prices are reasonable and her cakes are nothing short of fantastic! She comes to your house for the tasting, I gave her a picture we wanted to recreate and she did it perfectly. We got so many compliments on how good it was and I think we actually ran out! She also made us a mini top version with some cookies for us to freeze. Love her!
