We have had a number of customers that have been in an emergency situation. A few customers have had hot water heater issues, and we have also had a few clients that have dealt with hose bib leaks on their outside water lines. In all cases we have found that Security Plumbing & Heating's technicians are professional and timely.
Whenever they are in a situation where a home owner needs more information they were certainly very well versed in their customer service. They put our customers at ease when any questions arise. They are technically sound in whatever we need them to do, and whenever we have dealt with them it is usually in an emergency situation. Their responsiveness and professionalism is nothing but paramount.
Security Plumbing provides the service for our home owners who inquire about plumbing. When our technicians are on a cleaning job sometimes they discover wet carpet, or a wet dry wall, and we have used Security Pluming for these issues because our relationship and their professionalism has been fantastic. Whenever we run into plumbing issues we use them as our preferred service.
One of things we like to do to when we come to clean houses, or work with HVAC, or are in a situation of water loss and are handling the removal of carpet, is to give our customers options. In every situation Security Plumbing has always given our customers options. We have had a good experience with them.
