i have known Andy and his wife for years.i have worked on there cars.we have used them for years, we referred them to other people and they have taken care of are shop for pluming problems. i had a problem at my house twice on the same line within 30 days and they came out after hours and took care of it for no charge, The gentleman that came out spend 1 1/2 hours making sure our problem was solved. our family will always use security pluming and refer them to all. I called Security Plumbing because my kitchen sink wasn't draining. I explained to them that it was not a clogged pipe issue, but it was a venting issue. When the plumber arrived, he did indeed confirm that it was a venting issue. He did not take out one tool in his 20 minute visit, but simply told us what we already knew. I was surprised that he still charged us a $98 "service call" yet no service was performed. He was in and out in 20 minutes and did not solve the issue of my kitchen sink which is still not working. A giant waste of $98. I should have listened to my husband. more

Security was here in less then an hour. Our crawl space is very small and yet he managed to get in,get the job done and be on his way in a very resonable amount of time and for a very resonable amount of money. I will use them m now on as well as reccomend them. Thanks Security Plumbing. more

Security Plumbing is not done with my job yet. I'm still waiting for them to complete their work, as their currently working on it still. They unmounted my shower, sent it off to the manufacturer, and now we're waiting for them to send it back to complete the job. I called them for an update, and it's not their fault it's taking as long as it is, it's a problem with the manufacturer; they don't know when it will be done yet. The only problem so far was a that they left a little dirt on the floor in the bathroom, but it was not a big problem. more

Stan, Meredith, and the technicians at Security Plumbing & Heating have been out of this world for me. They have great customer service, are on time, professional, and clean. They are an outstanding and professional company. Overall they provide a very pleasant experience for consumers. They have been good to me. I have met Stan, Meredith's father, and they run an A-1 operation, which is easier said than done. It is easy to say that you are going to go out and start a business, but Stan has actually done a really good job. I have been using Security Plumbing & Heating for about 5 years. In the back of my mind, if I have a plumbing issue I know it is not really a problem, because they will work with me. They have even worked with me on payments. more

We have had a number of customers that have been in an emergency situation. A few customers have had hot water heater issues, and we have also had a few clients that have dealt with hose bib leaks on their outside water lines. When our technicians are on a cleaning job sometimes they discover wet carpet, or a wet dry wall, and we have used Security Pluming for these issues because our relationship and their professionalism has been fantastic. One of things we like to do to when we come to clean houses, or work with HVAC, or are in a situation of water loss and are handling the removal of carpet, is to give our customers options. Security Plumbing & Heating is really good; I have used them for about 3 years. They alway fix everything that I need done, and they are pretty efficient. They usually get here within a couple of hours when I need work done. I don't know if it was just because it was early in the morning, but there was only one person with an appointment before me, and the plumber was here within an hour or 45 minutes. The work is great, and I haven't had problems with it. They are fantastic. I had a few coupons that didn't have expiration dates, so I showed them to Security Plumbing. They weren't sure about them because a lot of people have been using fraudulent coupon, but then they called me to say they were legitimate. They gave me back the money for the discount. They are an honest company. more
