We arrived around 11 am prepared to lease 2 new cars, we were told to ask for the sales manager, who quickly pawned us off on someone else, after an hour and a half of the usual appear, disappear game, he came back with some figure, then decided that those figures didn't include our trade ins, after another hour and a half, again appeared with new figure, ok fine I'm tired at this point, we agreed to the new figures, another hour or so goes by. We finally sit down withe the finance person, oh these figures can't be right lets take another look at these, finally at 5;00 PM they reappear with all new figures. I walked out at 5:30 and would never set foot on there lot again. If they were the last Honda dealer on earth I would but a Kia
