My mother went to see Dr. Wieser for severe shoulder pain. He ordered an MRI which my mother did have done. Once she tried to call to get her results or some sort of answer the office never returned her call. She was in severe pain and just wanted to know something. She called three or four times in a week and never once was given even a courtesy call. She then had to go in for her results and because of the pain and not able to drive or even fuction properly she was 5 minutes late and she overheard the doctor saying "she finally decided to show up" in an ugly matter. My mother never complains and rarely goes to the doctor. She is not a drug seeker. All she wanted were answers and to be treated with respect which Dr. Weiser never once gave her!!!!
