I have been using Milton Frank Plumbing for probably 15 years, and it has been a good experience. We have called them many times for various plumbing problems and maintenance needs over the years. We also had them tear out and reinstall our shower pans. They are efficient, prompt, and polite. They do a good job cleaning after themselves, and they do good work.
They are very responsive. Their phones are always manned, so they get back to me quickly if I have any problems. They work with me on scheduling and they call me in advance to confirm appointments. They also cover their feet when they come in the house, which is important.
