I found water coming from my front yard into the street one morning and called Milton Frank, they said somebody will be right there same day. Guy arrived and start checking the meter reader and no movement at all, he said that "line is brokern somewhere inside the yard cannot dig up until cable , gas come and make their lines, customer is getting water to house (this is not true) but meter is not spinning.meter may be defective cost to dig up yard to find leak between 717.78 to 1064.31 and also replace the entire water line to side of home for 1686.03 " he charged 48.50 and left waiting for me to call cable , gas and all the companies to mark and then to give him a call. So I called this little company Daniel Plumbing they DO NOT CHARGE FOR a service trip told me they didn't need the cable or anybody else to mark anything and when they came in the technician walk all the way to where water was coming from and found out my next door neighbor had his hose dripping and since his yard is slanted towards my yard all the water came to my yard and towards the street, he didn't charge and was honest. James from Milton spend there 20 minutes and he probably saw the hose and wanted to charge me $2,403.81 and claimed my meter was defective.
