Review content:
We had used Milton Frank Plumbing for minor plumbing issues before, but never for remodeling. We got 3 quotes, and they came in well under the other two companies, so the price was wonderful. And they were very professional the entire time.
We really appreciated that they did things the right way, and didn't cut any corners. Any issues that came up, were handled very professionally and quickly. For example, tape was used to cover a curtain from the dust, and it pulled up some of the ceiling paint by accident. They took responsibility and addressed the issue right away. They had a professional painter come out, match the paint exactly and he fixed the paint job.
I think that is the true measure of a good company, how they choose to address issues as they come up. In that situation, they handled the problem very well, kept me informed the entire time.
The end results are wonderful. I love everything they did! The work is beautiful and ties it all together. I would definitely use them again if we needed more work done, and I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.
