Review content:
The same guy from Milton Frank Plumbing, Pat, has come out all three times we have used them. He put a new faucet in the kitchen, unclogged a toilet, and put in a tankless water heater. Of course all plumbers are expensive but Milton Frank wasn't outrageous, and I felt like our water heater was done properly.
Pat and his helper worked all day in the hot attic to install the water heater. There were no breaks or dawdling to chitchat. I was very impressed by how hard they worked. Judging by the water on their clothes as they left, they worked very hard. It is not cool in the attic in the summertime.
The tankless water heater works great. I get my hot water quickly, and I don't run out. The faucet in the sink also works great, as does the toilet he unclogged. Everything is working fine with no complaints.
When I call Milton Frank they send someone out quickly. They do things professionally and don't leave a mess. Both my husband and I were very impressed by them. They will be on the top of my list for the next time I have plumbing needs. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
