We just completed a 19 thousand square foot addition to the museum, and Hensel Electric Inc. won the bid. They were very helpful to me when dealing with Encore, who supplies our electricity, as well as the company we actually buy the electricity from. Hensel was great about tying the two systems together.
They gave me helpful information about how demand charges work and what to do in order to not have such high payments. Hensel ran the wires over and above spec so that the load carries better and gives better distribution. They were very helpful with all of that.
The lead electrician, and the 2nd electrician who came, gave me their personal cell phone numbers so that I could contact them at any time. They have all been very responsive to us.
We had a problem in the banquet hall, and we needed to have more plugs added. They came within 24 hours to help us so that we could utilize our banquet hall for live music. They also worked with us to keep the cost affordable.
