I know Doug, from Independent Overhead Doors, personally, and he has helped me in a couple areas. I have used him twice over the last 3 or 4 years. He is always very efficient, and he is there when he says he will be. He is also fair in his price. I can't ask for anything more.
Everything has always been fine. Doug tells us what to expect ahead of time. For instance, this time everything matched perfectly from the outside, but it didn't have matching insulation on the inside. He pointed out the difference to us, and there was not a problem.
Doug is very efficient. He is there when he says he will be, he communicates well, he job the job done in good time, and it was a fair price. I really appreciate that in this day and age. I know he does this for all his customers.
