They are very conscientious and very thorough. They are also very personable. There is a sense of trust with Bernie's Automotive Service. I feel well taken care of.
I have been going to Bernie's for about three years. They have worked on my husband's car as well as my own. My husband has an older car, so they have brought things up to date, and they have provided mostly general maintenance on my car. If I need a ride, they take me home. And, they are very careful about keeping my interior clean.
I am always happy to see them. I feel there is a level of commitment with Bernie's.
