I have been doing business with The Auto Shop since 1989 or 1990 because of the quality of the work they do. Jerry has a lot of integrity, and I trust what they tell me and the work that they do for me. I have used their service for both personal and company vehicles and have had very few instances in which I have had to take a vehicle back to them for an issue.
They have worked on 10 to 15 personal cars for me over the years and done everything from oil changes to transmissions. I started using one mechanic in particular, Gary, who does all of my work, but all of their mechanics are good. If ever something was not done to my satisfaction, The Auto Shop has always stood by their work and made it right.
They are not the least expensive shop, but they are no more expensive than the dealership and they will only fix what needs to be fixed. You will not have 20 other things that need to be done to your vehicle. I appreciate that The Auto Shop gives me estimates beforehand and that nothing is done until I approve it.
