Review content:
bought 4 Chagall prints back in 2003 and it has just come to my attention that the COA Neal gave me to accompany the prints are worthless. There is no such organization as National Art Guild or a George Kopel working there. There is no info or address for this COA. Do your own research but i advise caution regarding any purchases made from this dealer. They are smooth talkers and run an appealing storefront but get mean when you ask for a refund or substantiating documentation for their claims.
