I know nothing of the technique behind tuning a piano, but I know that after the tuning Al Laporte completed, our piano sounded the best it had in years! He also knew how to make the sound of the piano less bright... The alterations he did upon assessing that was no extra charge, and really changed and improved our piano volume. He's also a fabulous pianist, and there's nothing better than getting a demo on your perfectly tuned piano after the service.
