Review content:
Rio Vista is not the place to go if you need rehabilitation care. You push the call button and it takes them at least 30 minutes to get to you. If you ask for something they always say they have to get someone else to do it. The people sitting in the hallway in wheelchairs look like the stories you see about bad nursing home care. I saw a 90 something woman drop her hearing aid and she told 3 people before someone picked it up. The bathrooms in the rooms smell like they have never been cleaned. They keep their patients drugged up where they can not even eat or sit up. It took as a couple days to get my mother out of there and once out she regained her health and good heartedness.
