Review content:
We started with Orthodontics for my son nearly 5 years ago. The estimate was 2.5 years with appts out 6 - 8 weeks. Unfortunately this practice is so over crowded that we can only get appts out 10 - 12 weeks! They're totally unsympathetic about my HS son having to miss school (it was one thing when he was middle school but now school and grades matter!). And don't even think about having to change an appt - you're out another 10 - 12 weeks. And the office is so crowded that we always have to wait. They should either take less patients (which of course they won't do) or open more hours - right now they only take appts from 7:45 until 4 and only 3 - 4 days a week. A total fiasco as far as I'm concerned. I have two more children that need braces and I guarantee you they will not be going to Laxer Long and Savage!
