I went to see Mark in the summer of 2011 to sell some gold after being referred by friends. The experience wasn't what I was expecting - it was better! The transaction was quick and fair.
I went back to see Mark in the winter of 2012 to get a ring designed to match my engagement/wedding ring. Mark listened to my ideas and made suggestions. He made two rings in wax with different options which made the decision making so much easier being able to visually see it next to my ring.
The lead time was surprisingly quick and the price was very competitive compared to other jewelry store and it's totally custom!
I will definitely refer friends, Mark is detail oriented, fair and accommodating.
