My husband, daughter and I have been to Derma Technique Day Spa a half dozen times..........twice for lunch, facials, 2 hour massages, pedicures, manicures at a cost of $700 each visit. We will NEVER go back. Disappointed in the lunch, massages and the facials. Instead of the facial being soothing, the lady continually slapped my face (hardly relaxing).......the massages were weak and mediocre at best ....... the pedicurist did the opposite of what I asked for and now I'm dealing with ingrown nails.
I'm a businessperson and understand the value of honoring my customers even if it cost me out of pocket. I gave Regina, owner of Derma T, the opportunity to make it right and her response was to ban us from EVER returning......not that we would. Apparently she has enough business. I can assure you, Regina, I will not hesitate to discuss my visit with anyone that will listen.
