Buyer Beware! I called to make an appointment for a plumbing issue. I had an online coupon for $50, and I was told it was $50.00 for a service call. If I had the service done, I would receive the $50.00 discount, otherwise I would have to pay it. After 10 minutes of service, the plumber said the gasket needed to be replaced in the toilet (over $200), and since my husband could easily do it, we said we would take care of it, and we gave a check for $50.00. The technician said that the service call was actually $110.00--$50.00 to show up and $60.00 to diagnose. I clarified that the earned $50.00 for simply driving in my driveway and he said yes. I told him this is not how it was explained to me on the phone, and he said that is how they operate. Very deceptive.
