Had made my hair and make-up appt there for my wedding day. The owner (? that's who I was told he was) arrived about 5 / 10 min after my appt time, not want to bombard him as he walked in I didn't walk in right behind him... after 45 minutes of not being invited inside we went inside to check what was going on. There were no stylists there, and the seemed to not even care. There were 4 of us that had appt's for hair and I also had make-up. We waited another 20 / 30 min before just leaving to go home and do it ourselves! The salon never apologized, the stylist who was suppose to do my hair and make-up did come to my house almost 3 hours after my appointment time and did my hair and my maid of honor's hair. He did a nice job but I would never recommend such an unprofessional salon! I ended up being over an hour late for my wedding and had to cut my photo sessions down to about 5 minutes! I would rather give them no stars but that's not an option.
