Review content:
No showed me twice. Made me reschedule a pick up the second time called to say they were coming. Lied and said they came up there although i was home all day, said they called and i never recieved a call that they had arrived.(laziness bc then they didnt have to move anything) when I complained because I had donated them $25.00 for gas they said they didnt appreciate me and said to never donate with them. They said wouldnt even let me speak he started to raise his voice over mine to tell me how much he didnt appreciate me even though i was donating an entire apt worth of food, good furniture and gas money for their pick up. This was from their Customer service agent mind you!!!. Worst customer service, worst place to donate. I shouldve gone with the Salvation Army but their next pick up date was far away from my move out date.
