I am amazed that Carpet Giant was has won the BBB each year after the experience we had. My husband and I shopped all around town for carpet and decided to go with Carpet Giant due to their reputation and history in the city. We were confirmed for a Saturday delivery and no one showed up. We called to find out where they were and they said they didn't have us on a schedule even though we called them to confirm delivery 2 days prior. A “manager” said someone would call us back to straighten the issue out, no one ever called. We tore of house apart getting ready for nothing. No one answered our calls after several messages. The next day 3 guys showed up , but didn't bring enough pad or carpet. They said they would come back the next day , but never did. We are still waiting for our carpet and every “manager” there always says they will have to call us back….no one ever does. Plus they left our house a mess. Dust and dirt are everywhere as well as several of their tools. You will need a maid service after your carpet is installed.
