Warning: DO NOT TRUST...DO Your Homework on Sean Summerlin.
This man has a stack of complaints pages deep in Angie's list. There is a reason why. He will take your money as he cannot fund a project. The history is to not complete the project, create a hostile environment
and not complete the project. Sean is undereducated and undertrained in all home related work.
He promotes as either Summerlin Landscaping or HLE Services Humble, Texas. Sean appears to possess NO, NONE, .ZERO.. business acumen, ability to plan or structure the timing or costs of a project. He produces child like drawings of planned work. Our family paid Sean over 10k and according to a schedule. When he tried to get even more money and was denied, he began tearing items out the ground, being loud and abandoning the project. He had to be escorted from the property. Sean possesses
no discernible skills in
