No one wants to call a plumber, but when the need comes, it is great to get a quick response and courteous service. These things are never planned, and when you find out on a late Saturday afternoon that your drain is plugged, it's a call to the Merrillville office and help arrived about 45 minutes later. After understanding the problem, the serviceman, Chuck - 9840, gave me an estimate and plainly explained what he was going to do. What a relief to finally see the water begin to flow again! After two passes
with the rooter and a couple of recommendations the job was complete.
