Professional all the way 5/23/2012

As water was backing up into my basement at midnight, one plumber I phoned said they used the words “emergency service” just for advertising. Another “24/7” plumber took eight hours to respond. When I contacted The Roto-Rooter team, though, I clearly was dealing with smart, friendly professionals. They took care of my badly silted sewer line promptly, threw in a discount coupon I didn’t know about, left my wife and me smiling, and even made friends with our dog. Chuck and Nick, you guys are the best, the perfect answer for a bad situation. Thanks all! more

No one wants to call a plumber, but when the need comes, it is great to get a quick response and courteous service. These things are never planned, and when you find out on a late Saturday afternoon that your drain is plugged, it's a call to the Merrillville office and help arrived about 45 minutes later. After understanding the problem, the serviceman, Chuck - 9840, gave me an estimate and plainly explained what he was going to do. What a relief to finally see the water begin to flow again! After two passes with the rooter and a couple of recommendations the job was complete. more
