I've used other carpet cleaning firms but I always return to Dry Carpet if I want the job done well. When I call to make an appointment, Derick always calls me back to confirm the appointment. He is on time, and on the rare occasion he is running late, he calls and provides me with an update on his arrival.
The process used by Dry Carpet is the best I've seen in thoroughly cleaning the carpet. I'm always amazed to see the stains lift from the carpet yet leave the carpet relatively dry. Upon completion of the job, the carpet looks new and has an amazingly fresh smell. I recommend using Dry Carpet if you want stains removed and don't want to wait hours for the carpet to dry.
