Lovely carpet cleaning 1/3/2013

I have never had such a lovely cleaning of our carpet. I had stains I thought were permanent and every stain was removed in this cleaning process. My carpet is a very light off white color and looks great since the cleaning. Daniel and his worker I highly recommend as a team. Very experienced in carpet cleaning. Dry and spotless carpet is the result. Thank you. more

Very happy with the results 6/12/2012

I just wanted to let you know that we had our carpet and staircase cleaned last Friday by 1-800 DRYCARPET, for the first time, and we were very happy with the results. The franchise owner, Robert Segura, and his assistant, were very professional and friendly. They did a great job. I was even pleased with the scent left behind by the dry, organic product that is used in your process. Had seen an ad in the San Jose Mercury News insert one day and decided to try this process. I had used a chem-dry cleaning service in the past; but will recommend and refer my friends and family to try 1-800-DRYCARPET. Thank you again. more

Contemplating Replacing The Carpet 6/12/2012

I am very pleased with Craig & Shelly Moore's work. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and each time they do an outstanding job. I like the time and patience they put into their work. My carpet was very dirty with stain and spots. I was on the verge of contemplating replacing the carpet, but they made it look like new. Thanks again. more

Best carpet cleaning 5/10/2012

I've used other carpet cleaning firms but I always return to Dry Carpet if I want the job done well. When I call to make an appointment, Derick always calls me back to confirm the appointment. He is on time, and on the rare occasion he is running late, he calls and provides me with an update on his arrival. The process used by Dry Carpet is the best I've seen in thoroughly cleaning the carpet. I'm always amazed to see the stains lift from the carpet yet leave the carpet relatively dry. Upon completion of the job, the carpet looks new and has an amazingly fresh smell. I recommend using Dry Carpet if you want stains removed and don't want to wait hours for the carpet to dry. more
