I MOVED FROM A NEARBY MINI-STORAGE AFTER A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT THE SPACE PLACE......I'D GOTTEN 3 RENT INCREASES IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS SO I WAS PRETTY UNHAPPY. WHAT A CHANGE!! AAAA+++ IT'S BEEN 4 MONTHS AND NO RENT INCREASE AND I'M GETTING FREE HEAT WHICH I DIDN'T GET AT THE OTHER LOCATION.....THEY EVEN STAYED PAST CLOSING SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER DAY ON MY RENTAL TRUCK!! THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS GREAT! THE SNOW REMOVAL HAS BEEN DONE AT NIGHT SO IT'S USUALLY PLOWED WHEN I ARRIVE --NOT SO AT THE OTHER MINI-STORAGE .
