Pros:
The great thing about Red Robin is that it's both family-friendly and has good food. The burgers are amazing, and you can get some good salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups, desserts and more as well. The kids can enjoy milkshakes or lemonade. And everyone gets equally enthused about the food- it's pretty awesome. Prices are reasonable and portions are definitely large and filling.
My kids love Red Robin because there are usually balloons to take home, and there are always crayons and coloring pages to keep them entertained. We like that the restaurant is busy enough and loud enough that our kids don't stand out, but big enough that the noise doesn't get overwhelming and we can still hear each other talk.
At the Factoria Mall location, there is seating "outside" the restaurant, but still inside the mall. Also like the decor as there's lots of old items and novelties for kids to look at on the walls and ceilings.
Cons: Would like to see more healthy options on the kids and adult menu.
